What is included in the free Editor?
The Editor gives you the human-controlled writing surface: unlimited documents and collaborators, visual and LaTeX editing, autosave, version history, milestones, and document export. It is not a disguised AI trial and it does not send your manuscript to a free cloud model for proofreading.
Is the Agent Workspace definitely $24 per month?
That is the proposed founding price while we validate real model costs and how much work authors do in a typical month. We are starting with one understandable subscription instead of an invented ladder of usage tiers.
What is the difference between the Agent Workspace and Autonomous Writer?
In the Agent Workspace, you remain the author and direct an agent beside the manuscript. You ask questions, choose the scope of an edit, and accept or reject changes. An Autonomous Writer project is separately scoped: the system researches and proposes an outline, you agree on that plan, and only then does the longer drafting and verification run begin.
How is an Autonomous Writer project priced?
One PaperWriter credit equals $1 of autonomous-writing value. A $29.00 one-time pack adds 29 credits. Invite-only promotional credits may also apply. A run reserves the approved estimate, charges only confirmed usage, and releases the rest.
What happens if the beta paper is not good enough?
Tell us where the delivered paper materially missed the approved scope. During beta, a human reviewer can issue the remaining full payment refund through Stripe, and we are deliberately resolving reasonable quality complaints generously while the product is being calibrated.
Do collaborators all need an Agent Workspace subscription?
No. Free collaborators can continue writing, reviewing, and applying an existing proposal. Only an owner or editor whose own account has Agent Workspace can send a new agent request, so one subscriber does not unlock unmetered requests for every collaborator.
Where do literature search and journal adaptation fit?
They are shared writing capabilities rather than separate plans. Literature records belong with the paper and remain inspectable. Journal adaptation creates a new manuscript variant, applies mechanical requirements deterministically, and flags meaning-changing requirements as author work instead of rewriting them automatically.
