Thermal Stability of Mixed-Cation Perovskite Solar Cells

Hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites have emerged as leading candidates for next-generation photovoltaics, yet their long-term operational stability remains the principal barrier to commercial deployment.
Recent studies suggest that partial substitution of formamidinium with cesium suppresses the photoinactive phase, extending device lifetimes under continuous illumination. We test this claim in mixed-halide compositions under elevated humidity.
